The Presidium consisted of merely two people due to its virtual format: Chair: Yuri Broda (Edmonton) and recording secretary: Natalya Melysh (Calgary).

The main objective of this year’s AGM as a result of it being online was to present and adopt the National Annual reports for the extraordinary year that passed resulting in all activities and projects being delivered predominantly in a virtual fashion. Following the Q & A period, the delegates unanimously adopted the financial report as well as the budgets for the National Executive and camp Veselka including the Branch dues for 2021.
