Despite the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, preparations for this year’s 2021 “Let’s fill their hearts with warmth” campaign are underway uniting CYMivci all around the world to collect gifts as well as funds for their peers in Ukraine, whose fathers are participants of the cruel war brought upon by the Russian aggression taking place in the Eastern regions of Ukraine.
Since the inception of the “Let’s fill their hearts with warmth” campaign seven years ago, CYM members and benefactors have collected and donated over 13,900 gifts to Ukraine for the staggering amount of $380,000 USD.
We are calling once again on our members from all branches: Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Hamilton, St. Catharines as well as our large family of supporters to enthusiastically participate and collect gifts or funds to purchase gifts – clothes, school supplies, books, toys and sweets.
Contrary to year’s prior this year’s campaign and distribution of gifts will not take place on the eve of Saint Nicholas Day (19 December) but instead during the entire Christmas period (25 December, 2021 – February 15, 2022).

HELP US BRING JOY TO UKRAINIAN CHILDREN IN NEED AT CHRISTMAS!
We once again would like to express our heartfelt thank you to members from all our branches: Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Montreal, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Hamilton and St. Catharines, who enthusiastically participated in last year’s “Let’s fill their hearts with warmth” charitable project! We are delighted to inform that they together with numerous private donations collected a record amount of $13,600 (US $10,000) which translated into more than 420 gifts!
We would also like to express our sincerest gratitude to FORUM TV as well as radio program PISNYA UKRAINY for their media support!
