“This is the last assembly, the last one: “At ease!” The shout of the bunczuzhna: “On the spot – dismissal!” Everything has its beginning and its end. And now it’s time to say goodbye.
Camp “Unbreakable” named after the Armed Forces of Ukraine is declared closed. The time has come for sadness and tears, for joy and truly unique emotions. It is always hard to part with something interesting and unusual, especially when you know it will never happen again.
Camp honors and certificates, selfies and joint photos, exchanges of addresses on Facebook and Instagram. All that remains is a pleasant memory, memories and photos, unsung songs and camp excitement.
Thank you for a pleasant camp! Remember that you are all proud CYM members! Be hardworking and happy! And never forget that you are “Unbreakable”.
Finally, we would like to thank Fathers Bohdan Choly, Borys Hemon, and Reverend Bishop Bryan Baida for their spiritual care, our dear ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen who fed us so deliciously during the camp, our hospodari and the Veselka camp staff, our nurses Vika Skira and Marusia Hrycyna, the lifeguards, our entire team and staff – commandant Irka Shust-Dankovych, bunczuzhna Adelia Spytkovsky, pyaar Larysa Shnuriwsky, program planners Lesia Hrycyshyn and Larysa Woloszanskyj, sports, geography, arts and crafts and theology curators, and all our sponsors and donors Toronto Ukraine Foundation, BCU Financial and Ukrainian Credit Union.
Additional pictures can be found in our camp albums: Vidpo 2024 – week 1 and Vidpo 2024 – week 2.
