Today was an exciting day for the campers as we went on our first field trip: Abraska. There the kids climbed through the obstacle courses and zip-lined from tree to tree. When we got back to Werchowyna the kids enjoyed some down time as well as swim time to cool down from the sweaty day. 

In the evening we had a memorial service for our CYMivtsi soldiers who have passed away. We all walked together to the mohyla where we prayed for Ukraine and everyone on the frontlines. The night ended with a red moon in the sky and a mini hutirka give by Podruha Tanya Choly about the importance of fighting for Ukraine and how to fight for Ukraine while living in Canada.
