I joined CYM Geelong while still in primary school. Over the years, I took part in various CYM-related activities – Apels, education sessions, Easter Stijka and pysanky-painting, Sviato Mychayila, Kolyada and Tabory, both locally-run and in Buxton.
In August 2014, I assumed responsibility as Minutes Secretary in the Uprava, as a member of which, I gained a deeper understanding of how CYM operates. Currently, my role is General Secretary. I continue to be actively involved and take on-board the many new opportunities / responsibilities offered.
In 2016, I concluded one of my studies at Deakin University to receive a Diploma of Language in Mandarin Chinese. I am in the process of completing my Bachelor in I.T. with a Networks major.
For the kadentsia of 2017-2020, my vision is to improve the ways in which local CYM oseredky communicate with both KY CYM and CY CYM.
