The UWC calls on Ukrainians in the diaspora as well as citizens and friends of Ukraine to take part in this initiative.
It is encouraging participation from the electorate both inside and outside Ukraine during the second round of the Presidential Election. This second round is set to take place on Sunday 21st April 2019.
