The National Executive and The Tabir Committee are busily preparing for the upcoming National CYM Tabir to be held in Sydney at oselya “Hoverlya” from 26th December 2013 to January 3rd 2014.
This year, the theme is “Remember Your Heritage”. This is to celebrate 65 years of Ukrainian settlement in Australia. To mark this very special occasion, we have invested in a “Time Capsule” to help make this year’s tabir a memorable one. We ask all oseredky to please bring something special from your oseredok to place into the “Time Capsule”. This could be in the form of:
- Fabric Badges (e.g.- CYM)
- Newspaper articles (e.g.- Vilna Dumka)
- Clothing Article (Caps /T-shirt e.g.- Zahrava)
- Postcards, Posters
- Photos (Colour or Black and White)
Please note smaller items are required.
This will be put into the “Time Capsule” which will be buried at the oselya “Hoverlya”, with the aim to be dug up in 35 years’ time to celebrate 100 years of Ukrainian Settlement in Australia.
