#FREESAVCHENKO

Ukrainian community of Calgary gathered on Sunday for protest walk and meeting to free political prisoners especially Nadia Savchenko, Oleh Sencov, Oleksandr Kolchenko. Because of acts of terrorism that happened in Mariupol on Saturday the focus of protest was changed  a bit and we add Russia stop war against Ukraine.

At Ukrainian church of Assumption of Virgin Mary initiator and organizer of this event member of our oseredok Ania Zacharova declare our goal and we start our walk.

On the Olympic Plaza in front of City Hall we had our meeting which started Bohdan Romanuk with the speech how it is happens, why and how we can help.

Our kapelan  farther Mychailo Bohun provide us in our pray for Ukraine.

Ania Zacharova who just recently came to Calgary  from Crimea expressed her filling.

We signed petition to the government of Canada
