The fifth day of tabir was Ukrainian day. Everyone wore their vyshyvka or blue or yellow. In the evening we celebrated Ivana Kypala, which we prepared for during the day.

The evening took place like a story book where yunatsvo had the opportunity to meet mermaids at the pond, listened to gypsies, ran from water persons and encountered forest people. Yunatsvo also had the chance to jump over the fire and put their crosses and vinoks into the water.

During the night the oldest girls went looking for a special flower…and found it!
