Paul Herczaniwski has been an active member of CYM his 
whole life.
In a professional capacity, Paul is a qualified accountant for Accumulus Advisory in Melbourne.
In 2009, he joined the CYM Melbourne Executive as finance officer, and then joined the National Executive of CYM Australia in 2011 in the same role. He has also managed the budgets for various CYM projects and groups such as Melbourne’s Verchovyna Dance Ensemble and national and Victorian CYM camps. This is his third consecutive term in the CYM National Executive.
In that time, Paul has streamlined CYM’s invoicing processes, digitised the accounts, strengthened reporting lines and created an easily updated and accountable online finance portfolio for the organisation.
He will continue to use his professional expertise to benefit CYM for many decades to come.
