Day Five of the All-Canadian Counselor-in-training camp “Peremoha” commemorating 25 years of Ukrainian Independence was full of surprises.
First off, ‘Komanda’ was forced to re-schedule the tubing field trip to next Tuesday due to the unpredictable weather forecast.
Besides the traditional scheduled lectures and working on assigned thematic group projects, campers had the opportunity to practise drill and enjoyed time at the pool.
In the evening, longtime guest dance instructor of the ensemble “Barvinok”, Fedir Danilak was welcomed at the camp. He energetically engaged the campers with ballroom dance moves and figures.
