Werchowyna Labour Day Festival: Aug 30 – Sept 2, 2013

Dear Friends,
Come join us once again for Werchowynafest this Labour Day weekend!

Friday August 30th

• The festivities begin at 9pm with our annual Kozak Pub Night at the kiosk.
• Those who come dressed in their Ukrainian embroidered shirts will get a free drink
• Our beloved friends, Pan & Pani Yurcheniuk will be serving delicious lunches and dinners.

Saturday August 31st

• Our annual Volleyball Tournament will start Saturday morning
• The usual $10 registration fee per player will include a hamburger and a drink for lunch.
• Deadline for registration is August 18th.
• 6 players per team (minimum two females and maximum one non-Ukrainian)
• Zabava in the Kiosk at night

Sunday September 1st

• The day begins with a Liturgy at 11:30am
• after lunch, a festive concert, Bingo and lottery prizes!
