The National Executive of the Ukrainian Youth Association in Australia (CYM) welcomes the appointment of Jaroslav Duma OAM as Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Sydney.
Mr Duma has been an active member of the CYM since an early age, representing the organisation on a local, national and global level; as well as a long-time community leader in Australia.
The National Executive welcomes the decision to open the office of the Honorary Consul in Sydney, as it is another step in strengthening bilateral relations between Ukraine and Australia. The Executive believe that this will only strength the ties between youth in both countries.
The National Executive of CYM Australia wishes Mr Duma every success in his new role.
