Registration 11 am at Ukrainian club

Molebyn and official part at Ukrainian Club 12 noon

Concert at the Methodist Church hall. 3 pm prompt start

There maybe an opportunity for dancers to have a walk through on the stage prior to start of concert at 2 pm

I would like oseredky to tell me if they need this ( It would be a five minutes to space and walk through, not a massive rehearsal and only for dance).

The stage diameter is 7 meters wide by 3 meters deep, so not massive at all.

Please tell everyone that the Zdvyh will be on two sites and that osederdky and parents are to keep close eye on their children.

We will provide some support in keeping people safe between sites, BUT they must keep their own children safe.

Refreshments will be available at both venues, (however alcohol is not permitted into the Methodist church and beyond the gates of the Ukrainian club. Anyone with alcohol outside of club will have it taken away from them).

There will also be an opportunity to pay for CYM camps.
