Tabir in Portugal

Svitova Uprava is organising a tabir in Portugal from 3 – 10 July 2016, similar to the one organised last year in Spain to promote and organise CYM.  As part of the bigger CYM family, Svitova Uprava are wanting to include vykhovnyky from GB to deliver the hutirky. As this is a tabir to promote CYM the vykhovnyk requirements are a little more challenging but will be all the more rewarding!  Attached is a poster for the tabir.

The key vykhovynyky requirements are as follows:

To be an ambassador for CYM

A good command of Ukrainian language, as hutirky are to be delivered in Ukrainian

Skills to deliver hutirky to both molodshe and starshe yunatstvo

A comprehensive and competent understanding of CYMoznavstvo

Flexibility to undertake/deliver a range of roles/activities during the tabir

Ability to engage with yunatstvo and other adults and have fun!

Promote the role of CYM in young people’s development

Assist in compiling the prohrama for the tabir.

The costs of flights and tabir will be covered by Svitova Uprava.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a pioneer in establishing CYM in a new country and also to enjoy a tabir in glorious sunshine (and without the need to pack wellingtons)!
