The postmark date must be no later than Friday, April 12, 2019. The drawing will be held on Friday, April 19, 2019 at Oselia CYM in Ellenville. All participants will be notified by phone or email. Please fill out the form and mail it in by the due date. No late entries or post-dated checks will be considered. Those not receiving a room will have their checks shredded.
