This month we mark 87 years since the Holodomor genocide of the Ukrainian nation committed in 1932–1933. During this time, millions of Ukrainians starved to death in this man-made famine deliberately engineered by Stalinist regime leaders.

CYM Australia also encourages CYMivtsi to attend a Panakhyda within their churches in their respective states and to light a candle in remembrance of those who perished in one of the least known yet most horrendous genocides of the 20th century.
