Soccer Tournament 2014

– Congratulations to the Wings Sports Club, who hosted the 27th Annual Wings Soccer Tournament over the
weekend of August 9-10. For the first time in years, Oselia Beskyd had nice weather on both days of the tournament and
hosted a record 22 teams! Three Wings S.C. teams participated in the tournament and turned in two second-place
finishes (along with an undefeated record for Wings S.C. Red). There were 6 teams in the Over-48 Division which was won by
Jakes-Milwaukee (Wings S.C. finished 2nd), 6 teams in the Over-40 Division which was won by Ukraina, 4 teams in the Over-
30 Division which was won by Madison United and 6 teams in the Open Division which was also won by Madison United
(Wings S.C. Black finished 2nd). The Soccer Tournament Committee would like to sincerely thank all of the tournament
volunteers for their time and hard work prior to and throughout the weekend. Special thanks go out to Zaryad for all of their
assistance on Oselia Beskyd and Druh Ihor Diaczun who donated over $1,000 worth of food items for the tournament.
