Farewell

Today is the last day of camp: the formal closing ceremony, thank you’s and farewell buffet….

Just yesterday we still had a full programme of sport, singing, language classes, arts & crafts, bike riding, etc….and at night the younger “molodshi” group had their own “night alarm” game where they had to find a hidden flag by following the clues provided by various people around camp….

That was then….. Camp has finally come to a close. Everyone has left. The tents are being pulled down and put away for next year. Tarasivka has gone eerily quiet. It’s as if all that hustle and bustle , the noise, the singing and the music had never happened……the three weeks have gone by so quickly!
