This year’s Remembrance Sunday commemorations will, in keeping with the
Ukrainian tradition, take place on Whit Sunday (Pentecost), which this year falls on
27 May 2018.

As always, the event is organised by the Organisation of former
Ukrainian Combatants and will essentially be in two parts:

Mass at 12:00 followed by a procession to the Memorial Cross and the laying
of wreaths;

Commemorative Concert in the Main Hall – late afternoon

A National Committee member will be appointed to take charge of the CYM
contingent on the day. CYM members should turn up in full CYM uniforms and bring
their Oseredok flags. Please turn up no later than 11:00 am. Please do not bring or try
to sell alcoholic beverages from the buses.
