70th National Rally – 7th July at Tarasivka

The 70th National CYM Rally (KrayovyiZdvyh) will take place on Saturday 7th July 2018 in Tarasivka.

General Programme

12:00 Official opening by the Chapel

15:00 Concert/Competition in marquee

21:00 Dance (zabava) featuring “DJ Vitamin” from Radio Kozachok.

Prices

Day entry:
£5 per person
Free for children aged 12 and under.
There is an additional parking fee of £5 per car.
Parking for coaches is £15. Any oseredky arriving by coach should make this known to the
organisers before the event on [email protected]

Entry to the zabava from 21:00:

£7 Adults (16+)
£4 Children (under 16)

Overnight Accommodation

If you wish to arrive on the Friday, the gate will be open from 16:00 to 23:00. Entry outside
of this time will not be permitted. The gates will open from 08:00 Saturday.

Camping and all inclusive pricing option

This price includes entry to the zabava in the evening and parking.
All campers will be issued with a wristband upon arrival. In order to ensure entry to the
zabava these wristbands must be worn and presented on the door.

On-site Accommodation Only

Field barracks (20 bed dormitory)
£5 per night, per person

These prices DO NOT include zabava entry and parking.

IMPORTANT: We operate a strict NO DOGS policy at all our national events. Anyone who
arrives with a dog (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind) will not be allowed entry.
