Camp “Karpaty” – Hire Rates

Terms for Hire and Use of Oselya Karpaty

• Financial member rates apply if and when a member has:
  • paid their membership for the calendar year;
  • has been a financial member for at least 12 months; and
  • has no outstanding membership fees owing to CYM Melbourne
• All hire fees (including bonds for private hire) are required to be paid no less than 5 days prior to arrival
• Please ensure all facilities and grounds are left in a clean and tidy state prior to departure.

Rates for Hire and Use of Oselya Karpaty

Tent Camping / Caravan (off grid) per night:

Camping at Tarasivka block only, includes access to Tarasivka toilet block, kitchenette and powered sites
Family prices refers to 2x parents with their dependents, so long as they live together

Kitchen and Administration Building use per night:

Includes access to main kitchen, Administration Building and main toilet blocks.
Does not include access to Administration Office or tractor shed.
Maximum capacity of 25 pax in Administration Building overnight

Private Hire (minimum 2 nights)

Includes full access to all facilities. Does not include access to Administration Office or tractor shed.
Maximum capacity of 25 pax in Administration Building overnight

Please ensure rubbish around site is collected and placed in the skip prior to leaving the site. The hiree will be charged $350 per extra skip required beyond the one already provided.
An additional cleaning fee may apply at the discretion of the Hirer if the site is left in an unsatisfactory state.
