On November 1st 2016 the druzhynnyky of CYM Yonkers along with members of starshe yunatstvo organized a halloween party for our molodshe yunatstvo and sumenyata. Our riy, Lebedi, along with other members of starshe yunatstvo gathered at our CYM domivka on Sunday October 30th to help prepare our hall. During the party we were at different stations playing games with the younger children. We gave prizes for participation at each station. The kids had a great time.

Our rij Zoloti Levy helped out during the CYM Yonkers maskarada this year. We decorated our hall and made stations with different games. Each child was given a passport that we made on which each station was numbered molodshe yunatstvo and one for the best costume in sumenyata. We chose a ghost buster and an angel as the best costumes this year. We also had a baking contest and saw some very creative and tasty desserts. The smiles on children’s faces showed us that all our hard work in making our maskarada successful was worth it!
